Delhities remember Holi for a unique program held here from the last 30 years at Chandni Chowk, International Murkh Maha Sammelan. This Sammelan is carried out yearly to provide a day of relaxation and enjoyment to the busy people of Delhi. This year on 8 March 2012, following the tradition Ramakant Goswami was crowned Maha Murkh and was given the ride of GadharbRaj. Many famous celebrities and personalities became the part of this year Sammelan. “Kunwari Kali-2012” Magazine was also inaugurated on this day that contains jokes and poems.
