Electronic giant Samsung has launched Galaxy F15 5G With Dimensity 6100+ SoC with  6,000mAh Battery and Android 14-based One UI 5 operating system. Company promised to provide 5 years of security updates and four generations of Android upgrades. So, this phone is good for long term use as the company will be providing security and Android updates for a longer period of time.

Samsung Galaxy F15 5G was launched in India on March 4, 2004. This is the latest smartphone in the F-series of flagship devices. Samsung Galaxy F15 5G comes with a 90Hz AMOLED screen and is powered with  the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC. These smartphones are available in three different colour options and fitted with a large battery. According to the company’s claim, these smartphones are offering up to two days of usage on single charge. So, such a huge battery capacity is good for mobile phone gamers.  The Galaxy F15 5G  seems to be the rebranded version of  Galaxy A15 5G launched in December last year in India.

The Galaxy F15 5G is priced at Rs. 12,999 for the base variant with  4GB RAM + 128GB storage. The Galaxy F15 5G is also available with  6GB RAM + 128GB storage model and this is priced at Rs. 14,499.

It is noted that the Galaxy A15 5G was launched in December 2023 at a price tag of  Rs. 19,499 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The Galaxy F15 5G seems to be a rebranded variant of  Galaxy A15 5G.

The Galaxy F15 5G is a  dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone powered with Android 14-based One UI 5. Company promised to provide a 4th generation Android operating system upgrade for this smartphone. Company will also provide 4 years of security upgrades with the smartphone.

The Galaxy F15 5G comes with  a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,340 pixels) Super AMOLED display. The screen refresh rate is high and it's 90Hz. It is noted that there is a water drop-style notch in the centre.

The Galaxy F15 5G comes with 6GM of RAM and the handset is fitted with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset. These specifications make this smartphone good for playing games and watching videos.

The Galaxy F15 5G has a triple rear camera setup that gives 50-megapixel resolutions. The rear camera setup includes  50-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel shooter. There is a  13-megapixel selfie camera.

The Galaxy F15 5G comes with 128GB of onboard storage with the support to increase the storage up to 1TB through expandable media.

The Galaxy F15 5G supports 5G network and has Wi-Fi 02.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. There is an onboard accelerometer, gyro sensor, geomagnetic sensor, light sensor, and virtual proximity sensor on this smartphone. There is also a fingerprint sensor which can be used for authentication.

The Galaxy F15 5G comes with a whooping 6,000mAh battery. According to the company's claim, Galaxy F15 5 provides up to two days of battery life and up to 25 hours of video playback time on a single charge.
