The increased supply of GB202 GPU is confirmed by MEGAsizeGPU, a person having good ties with the various NVIDIA board partners. Previously  MEGAsizeGPU had leaked a lot of news about the GeForce cards. According to the leak at least one board partner has relieved a large number of GB2020 GUPs.
