According to the Health Ministry latest report, 647 Coronavirus cases reported in the last two days are linked to the Tablighi Jamaat gathering in Delhi.

According to the Health Ministry report these 647cases have been reported from 14 India states. The states where patients linked to the Tablighi Jamaat  are Andaman & Nicobar, Assam, Delhi, Himachal, Haryana, J&K, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttarakhand & UP.

The Health Ministry of India confirmed that 647 positive cases of Covid-19 reported in the last 2 days are linked to the Tablighi Jamaat.

India saw a sharp increase in the confirmed Coronavirus cases in the country after Tablighi Jamaat incidence. Till date the total number of Covid-19 confirmed cases rise to 2,301 with 56 deaths.

India quarantined over 9,000 Tablighi Jamaat contacts to stop any further spread of the deadly Coronavirus in the country. Authorities hunted for the person, attended the Nizamuddin event and quarantined people.

India  blacklisted 960 foreigners and cancelled their tourist visas due to their involvement in the  Tablighi activities.

In India total confirmed cases of Coronavirus rose to 2,301 by Friday morning and  56 deaths.

The number of Covid-19 confirmed cases surpassed one million mark and more than 50,000 deaths globally.
