Kesari box office collection touches Rs. 56.51 crore in 3 days

Akshay Kumar starrer "Kesari" is doing very well in box office and its collection reaches Rs. 56.51 core in 3 days. The Hindi movie "Kesari" is biggest opener of the year by collecting Rs. 21.06 core on day 1. On day 2 the collection of this was Rs. 16.70 and on day 3 it is expecting a collection of Rs. 23 core. So, this movie is very successful with a collection of Rs. 56.51 cores in just 3 days. It is expected to very well in coming weeks.

The Hindi movie "Kesari" is directed by Anurag Singh and Akshay Kumar played as Havaldar Ishar Singh in the lead role.

This movie is depicting the battle of Saragarhi which was fought in 1897 during British Rule. Havaldar Ishar Singh was leading the battle of Saragarhi in which 21 Skih solders of British Indian Army fought with 10,000 Afghan Invaders  and concurred the battle. All the 21 Sikh solders of 36 Sikh Regiment of British Indian Army died in the battle.

In this famous battle of Saragarhi 21 Sikh soldiers killed and they killed more than 180 Afghan invaders.  On the night of 13-14 September, reinforcements arrived before the capture of fort. Then after that there was fierce battle between British Forces and Afghan invaders and British Forces captured the fort. There was round 4,800 casualties in this battle.
